Eligibility Criteria for Career Consultants

Candidates must possess a Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English and/or the regional language of the assigned district. Basic familiarity with IT tools is mandatory. Previous experience in student mobilization, academic counseling, or related activities will be considered an added advantage.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation may be provided in deserving cases based on experience and suitability, at the discretion of the competent authority.

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month. Additionally, performance-based incentives are provided: Rs. 750 per registration for the CS Executive Programme and Rs. 250 per registration for CSEET. These incentives are subject to the timely submission of the Fortnightly Performance Report (FPR) and certification of satisfactory performance.

The selection process for the Career Consultant position consists of two stages:
