For the Medical Specialist (VSKP-I-01 VZM-01) roles, candidates require an MD/MS in the concerned specialty or DNB, along with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the subject concerned after completing their post-graduation. The Dental A/T/H (KKD-01 VZM - 01) positions require candidates to be Diploma Holders in Dental H/T/A or have completed a Class 1 Dental H/T/A DORA Course (Armed Forces), coupled with a minimum of 05 years of work experience in a Dental Lab.

For the Medical Officer post, the maximum age for employment is 66 years, and the maximum age for contractual service is 68 years. For Medical Specialists, the maximum age for employment is 68 years, extending to 70 years for contractual service. Candidates applying for the Dental A/T/H positions must be a maximum of 56 years for employment, with a maximum age of 58 years for contractual service.
